Error The Specified color profile is invalid
SYMPTOMS :
When I tried to install HP Printer on Windows 2003, it gave me error message Printer driver is not installed. The Specified color profile is invalid
CAUSED :
I’m still googling for it 
, but i read somewhere that this happened caused by memory leak on color management
RESOLUTION :
To resolve this problem there are few steps to be done :
1. First.. if you have many printers installed on your system you’d better back it up, microsoft has developed great utility called Print Migrator, it can backup and restore your printer configuration and setting.

2. Uninstall Spooler with cleanspl.exe utility, this utility is part of Windows Server 2003 Resource Kit Tools, and this tool can be downloaded at here
it might required to restart the computer
3. after restart the computer check that on printer and faxes is empty, then install the printer that previously gave an error, if succeded…
4. restore the other printer with print migrator again..
